What You’ll BuildThe SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
What you´ll do:- Contribute to the development and design of learning content for the virtual Early Talent Program
- Support the conceptual and operational planning, organization, and execution of virtual events, including administrative and logistical coordination
- Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications across various channels
- Collaborate closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to ensure the accurate delivery and continuous maintenance of all learning materials
- Oversee and manage backend operations related to learning content, including the organization and transfer of materials within relevant platforms
We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study:
Business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable - Computer skills:
Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: picture/video editing skills - Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in applying AI to improve workflows
- Language skills:
Strong English skills (written and spoken) and intermediate German language skills - Soft skills:
Team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, proactive & independent work ethic - Other important skills/experience:
Work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated - Working from Walldorf office is required. If you are applying from outside the area, please mention your relocation plans or preferences in your CV (Relocation costs are not reimbursed by the manager/employer)
