Our ideal Director of Revenue Operations brings:

  • 7–10+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or related experience
  • Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth environment
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, analytics, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and optimize the full revenue lifecycle (lead → close → retention)
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Technology, and Finance around shared goals
  • Build scalable processes to improve conversion, efficiency, and client lifetime value
  • Oversee CRM and Rev Ops tech stack strategy (Salesforce + integrations)
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
  • Partner with Finance on compensation, quotas, and capacity planning
