** Your tasks
** Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship — As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.09.2026:
* Support in analyzing, preparing and evaluating data to identify optimization potential
* Collaboration in the analysis and documentation of business processes
* Support in the development and implementation of process optimization measures
* Preparation of reports, presentations and management documents using Microsoft Excel and Power Point
* Preparation and visualization of data to support well-founded decisions
* Working with various stakeholders to identify and coordinate requirements
* Supporting the team with ongoing projects and taking on their own task packages
** Your profile
** Are you studying economics, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* Proactive mindset with a high willingness to learn and initiative
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis
* Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, particularly in the areas of data visualization and presentation design
* Excellent communication skills for clear and effective collaboration
* Strong ability to work in a team and enjoy working with different stakeholders
* Strong analytical thinking skills to solve problems and derive relevant insights
* Ability to work with data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
* Structured way of working and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
** Nice-to-have Skills*
* * Basic understanding of HR processes, business processes, or shared service organizations
* Knowledge of methods of process analysis or process optimization
* Basic knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques
* Interest in digitization, data-driven decision making and business transformation
