Job Description About the RoleA leading enterprise financial services advisory Company is seeking an Associate Partner to contribute to strategic transformations across three core domains:
Strategy, AI/Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide overall leadership for client engagements, managing relationships and commercial aspects to ensure successful outcomes.
* Lead and coordinate complex programs, ensuring timely delivery against defined objectives using proven methodologies and subject-matter expertise.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders across the insurance ecosystem, influencing strategy and execution.
* Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
* Produce intellectual capital and thought leadership, contributing innovative perspectives across related domains.
* Apply industry knowledge of fintech, insure tech, ESG, CX/UX, and macroeconomic trends to inform solutions.
* Develop and mentor team members, build followership, and foster a growth-oriented culture.
* Champion firm-building activities, model organizational values, and strengthen a professional brand internally and externally.

Candidate Profile
* Strong academic credentials and a consistent record of high performance in study and career.
* Minimum several years of professional experience in insurance consulting or equivalent corporate insurance roles within the Country region, with an established professional network and demonstrable business development potential.
* Proven experience leading large-scale insurance IT and operations transformation programs.
* Track record as a trusted advisor with a history of expanding client relationships and driving sales within major insurers.
* Proficiency in English and an additional European language preferred.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of outcomes and a commitment to growing the practice.
* Collaborative team player who balances confidence with humility.
* Resilient under pressure and able to maintain composure in challenging situations.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model (client sites, office, remote) and able to foster positive team dynamics across settings.
