Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties include:

• Providing telephone and physical reception for clients/drivers
• Managing the administrative aspects of receptions, orders, and shipments
• Controlling the stock management of products
• Updating activity tracking documents
• Following up on client and transporter appointments
• Creating and modifying client data (articles, clients…)
• Establishing pre-invoicing

• You ideally have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• You are comfortable with computers, especially office tools (Office Suite)
• Knowledge of WMS tools like "REFLEX" would be a plus
• You demonstrate autonomy, can manage priorities, and have a customer service mindset

• Position based in Ormes - near Orleans (45)
• Permanent contract - 35 hours
