Senior Project & Account Manager

Finsolutia is in a phase of growth and brand consolidation and is looking for a Senior Project & Account Manager for management and follow-up of strategic projects, with a special focus on the main clients of the organization.

Objective principal da função:

• The integral management of projects (delivery end-to-end), ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
• The management of the client relationship in an account management logic, ensuring proximity, continuous follow-up, identification of risks and opportunities, and promotion of satisfaction and retention.
• The internal coordination with technical and functional teams, ensuring alignment between client needs and delivery capacity.

Principais

Responsabilidades:

• Planning, execution, and control of strategic projects.
• Management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring of project KPIs and executive reporting.
• Management of risks, issues, and change requests.
• Contractual follow-up and support to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Ensuring alignment with best practices of governance and delivery methodologies.

Perfil:

• Proven previous experience in project management, preferably in a technological/fintech context.
• Experience in account management and relationship with strategic clients.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).
• Experience in the use of project management tools.
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Spanish (valued);
• Strong capacity for communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• High sense of responsibility and autonomy.
