Location: Westerville
Vertiv is looking for a Specialist in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead the people side of change during strategic initiatives and transformations. In this role, you will design and execute change strategies that support adoption and embed changes into operations.
Requirements include an undergraduate degree in related fields and at least 2 years of experience with change management strategies. Prosci certification and strong communication skills are essential. Travel can reach up to 25%.
