We are hiring a Go-to-Market Programme Manager (Product Readiness) to own the product-side readiness for GTM launches of a growth Universal Banking product.

- The product is fully saleable, deployable, and repeatable (readiness build)
- Every GTM launch exits with complete, high-quality outputs (launch + scale)

- Value proposition and differentiation narrative
- Identification of target segment, use cases, deal constructs
Delivery "Deploy-ready" ownership
- Validate implementation path:
- Finastra vs partner delivery model
- Dependencies, onboarding flows, repeatability
- Ensure customer journey is defined:
- Demo → sale → implementation → go-live path
Outcome:
Product is fully "Make + Sell + Deliver-ready" with no critical unknowns blocking deals
Post-Launch Feedback Loop (Continuous Improvement)
- Establish structured loops from:
- Sales (deal blockers, objections)
- Pre-sales (demo gaps, feature gaps)
- Delivery (implementation friction, partner readiness)
- Convert insights into:
- Product backlog inputs
- GTM refinement cycles
- Repeatable "playbooks" for scaled rollout
Outcome:
Continuous improvement and scaling of successful GTMs
