Your role will involve:As a Director within Europe Way finders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Way finders’ foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.
Reporting directly to a Europe Way finders’ Co-CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and strategic growth for Europe Way finders, whilst acting as a key connector – bridging leadership with customers, partners, and internal teams.
With a strong consultancy background and expertise in areas such as IT Value Transformation, CXO advisory, or Data and AI, you’ll help position Way finders as a trusted advisor for strategic technology transformation, whilst supporting the development of Way finders’ consulting capability.
You will lead and mentor a small team of Europe Way finders consultants deployed onto client engagements across Europe, ensuring the delivery of measurable outcomes and provision of strategic oversight.
This role offers the opportunity to combine entrepreneurial energy with leadership impact and to help accelerate Way finders’ growth in Europe.
As a Director, you will be responsible for:Business Development
- Identifying growth opportunities and developing key customer leads to expand Way finders market presence and revenue streams.
- Leading the creation of compelling proposals and client presentations, resulting in Way finders consulting revenue, either standalone or as part of a joint engagement with Europe Region.
- Identifying follow-on opportunities and supporting pipeline growth across key accounts.
- Collaborating with Way finders consultants and portfolio owners to ensure effective development and management of advisory offerings, from conception to market readiness.
- Leading large or complex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements across industries.
- Providing strategic oversight, ensuring quality deliverables, and alignment with client expectations.
- Building and sustaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Partnering with leadership to shape and grow our consulting capability, including go-to-market strategy, service offerings, thought‑leadership, and consulting methodologies.
- Collaborating across Fujitsu to integrate capabilities and deliver compelling consulting services.
- Mentoring and developing consultants, fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
- Supporting the development of thought leadership, innovation, and internal capability.
- Experience at Director level in a tier‑one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a tier‑one Services or Solutions company – evidencing hands‑on leadership of complex, multi‑stakeholder consulting engagements.
- A track record of originating high‑value advisory consulting engagements, including the ability to lead proposal development that results in measurable revenue growth.
- Experience in one or more sectors – Retail, Manufacturing (including Automotive) or Financial Services.
- Experience shaping strategic initiatives and go‑to‑market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation, CXO Advisory, or Data and AI.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a history of building trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers and navigating complex organisational dynamics.
- Collaborative mindset with an ability to lead, develop and inspire diverse teams.
