- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 1‑3 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred
- Interested in business operations, analytics, technology, and sales strategy
- Comfortable working with data and reporting
- Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality work

- Supporting and administering revenue technology platforms including Salesforce, Zoom Info, Gong, and other business applications
- Monitoring and maintaining data accuracy through audits, cleanup initiatives, validation, and governance activities
- Creating, updating, and distributing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for business stakeholders
- Analyzing sales and revenue performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Managing lead assignment and routing processes to ensure timely follow‑up and a great prospect experience
- Developing training materials, process documentation, and operational best practices
- Assisting with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting
- Partnering with cross‑functional teams on system enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
