Bauleiter – Straßen- und Tiefbauvorhaben (m/w/d)
- Örtliche Bauüberwachung von innerstädtischen Baumaßnahmen für öffentliche und private Auftraggeber
- Aufmaßerstellung und Bauabrechnung
- Bearbeiten/Prüfen von Nachträgen
- Eigenverantwortliche Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und anderen Projektbeteiligten
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektführung und Controlling
- Kenntnisse der HOAI, der VOB sowie fachspezifischer Software (z. B. ARRIBA, MS Project)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahr
- Berufsanfänger sind willkommen. In diesem Fall sollten Sie während Ihres Studiums ein fachbezogenes Praktikum absolviert haben.
