** Freiburg, Germany**.We are seeking a talented and driven Product Management professional to join an international team working with market leading products in the orthopedic medical device industry.

As an International Product Manager, you are responsible for driving global upstream product development, strategic direction and portfolio growth across key product lines. This role blends strategy, market research, product lifecycle management, and customer engagement to strengthen our international presence.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
***** Product strategy & Innovation
**** Own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the assigned product portfolio to drive sustainable business growth.
* Serve as the subject matter expert and application expert for the assigned product portfolio.
* Develop and execute the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.
* Identify and prioritize new product opportunities by analyzing portfolio gaps, unmet clinical needs, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
* Capture and translate the Voice of the Customer into actionable product strategies and innovation initiatives.
* Develop robust business cases to support new product development, portfolio investments, and strategic initiatives.
* Conduct market assessments and opportunity analyses to identify growth opportunities across existing and adjacent markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, distributors, and strategic customers to generate insights and support product innovation.
* Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, reimbursement, and evolving customer needs to continuously refine portfolio strategy.
* Recommend portfolio optimization initiatives, including product rationalization, line extensions, and lifecycle management opportunities.
