In practice, your daily routine

The Process Expert's main mission is to ensure the operational efficiency of business processes, in conjunction with the Squad members. It must guarantee the end-to-end view of processes in customer and employee journeys, optimizing costs and minimizing operational risk.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the strategic vision of end-to-end processes within the tribe, ensuring continuous optimization of cost-to-serve, leveraging automation and industrialization of processes;
• Enriching and updating processes of redesigning customer journeys or continuous improvement, leveraging internal and external actions;
• Ensuring correct follow-up of incidents, in conjunction with various stakeholders, through corrective actions;
• Analyzing operational risks, especially through the implementation of regulation of control points for the first line of defense;
• Documenting processes (create, update, and delete) in accordance with regulations and alignment among all stakeholders;
• Monitoring performance and quality indicators of processes related to each product (NPS, NPE, CES, EES, cost, number of incidents…) with the objective of improving them;
• Actively participating in the meetings of the squad to which it belongs, incorporating and sharing Agile values and principles.
