Accounts Payable Executive

Location:

Port Grand, M.T. Khan Road, Near Native Jetty Bridge, Karachi – 74000

Job Timings: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM (1 weekly off excluding week-ends)

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before posting.
• Prepare and process payments (cheques, online transfers) within due dates.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor ledgers, reconcile supplier accounts and aging, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track due dates to ensure timely settlement and avoid penalties.
• Assist in preparation of cash flow forecasts related to vendor payments.
• Provide payable‑related schedules and documentation during audits.
• Monitor supplier advances and ensure timely adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (withholding income tax, sales tax).
• Generate periodic accounts payable reports for management review.

• At least High School qualified.
• Presentable and should know how to tackle customers gracefully.
• Should have an experience of at least one year in a related position.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Should have own conveyance.
