Technical and Commercial Contract Manager human

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and adapt contract documents based on legal‑approved templates
• Customize agreements to reflect customer‑specific requirements, including technical descriptions of products, applications, and deliverables
• Define and align key contractual elements such as scope of work, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
• Incorporate commercial terms including pricing, discounts, payment terms, warranty conditions, penalties, and delivery agreements
• Collaborate closely with legal, sales, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and flag contractual risks or deviations from standard terms
• Support negotiations by preparing contract revisions and clarifications
• Maintain organized documentation and version control of all contracts

• Degree in business administration, law, robotics, or a related field
• Experience in contract management, sales operations, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms
• Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into contractual language
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
