- Developing and implementing strategies and products to drive revenue & customer growth, cost of sales improvements and efficiency enhancements for the global airfreight, within the agreed-upon timeline, financial budget, and objectives.
- Collaborating and coordinating with the global air freight leadership team and regional teams to ensure consistent and aligned execution of created strategies and products across all markets.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
- Leading the development and execution of innovative air freight products across operations, sales, and IT, tailored to different market segments and contributing tothe achievement of global air freight targets including concepts and business cases.
- Analyzing the existing product portfolio to identify opportunities for producenhancements, optimization strategies, and new market developments.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product strategies and initiatives, enabling efficient tracking and reporting on product performance to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies in the global air freight industry.
- Promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams to enhance product excellence.
