- Support & Beratung: Du analysierst
Fehlermeldungen, behebst Systemstörungen und betreust unsere Kunden imlaufenden Betrieb. - Wissenstransfer: Du erstellst verständliche
Dokumentationen und führts Schulungen für Key-User durch. - Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium(Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste
Erfahrung:
Erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP HCModerator Success Factors (z.
B. durch Praktika, Abschlussarbeiten oder ersteBerufserfahrung). - HR-Verständnis: Grundlegendes Interesse an Personalprozessen und HR-Strukturen.
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, analytische Denkweisesowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
