Techknight in Achim sucht eine/n Teamleiter/in Elektrotechnik zur fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung eines etablierten Teams. Sie planen Personal und Ressourcen, unterstützen die Abteilungsleitung bei Organisation und Akquise und entwickeln die Abteilung strategisch weiter.
Sie koordinieren Schnittstellen intern sowie extern und steuern Projekte in Bezug auf Qualität, Termine und Kosten von Planung bis Überwachung. Führungsstärke, HOAI/VOB-Kenntnisse und Deutsch auf C1/C2 sind essenziell.
