Job Responsibilities:
- Support value stream mapping projects and events – opportunities to learn and use software such as Video Timer Pro, eVSM, Visio etc.
- Support continuous improvement, 5S, process mapping, etc. events within multiple plants/departments.
- Support Operational Excellence web-based and instructor-led training module development – opportunities to learn and use PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Create pages for lean resources within Operational Excellence's SharePoint page – tracking systems, dashboards, repositories – opportunities to learn and use Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, etc.
- Assist with conducting and/or tracking historical data for continuous improvement events or assessments.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must have a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement. Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and work effectively in a team. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Must have own reliable means of transportation and willingness to travel. Preferred candidate will be pursuing a degree in Operations Management or Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.
