Our client is a global software company looking for a strategic, high-energy professional to help identify and evaluate growth opportunities through acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. This role blends market strategy, investment analysis, and deal execution, making it ideal for someone with experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or strategy consulting. What You'll Do:
- Develop market analyses and investment theses to identify attractive growth opportunities.
- Evaluate acquisition targets, strategic investments, and partnerships across software and technology markets.
- Build compelling business cases and executive-level recommendations supported by data and market insights.
- Lead strategic workshops with business leaders to define growth priorities and investment strategies.
- Partner with corporate and business-unit stakeholders to move opportunities from initial concept through offer approval.
- Analyze emerging technology trends, including AI, to assess market opportunities, competitive positioning, and long-term value creation.
- Support multiple industries and technology segments, requiring the ability to quickly learn new markets and form informed opinions.
Base Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 Annual Bonus: 15% target bonus Excellent work-life balance Limited travel (approximately 5-7%, primarily domestic with occasional international travel) Exposure to executive leadership and high-impact strategic initiatives
