Our Life Business Insights team is looking for a curious and driven analyst who brings deep analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex, meaningful problems. • Required SQL: working experience with data extraction and manipulation
• Tableau or Power BI: experience building and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards
• Preferred, not required Python: for advanced analytics and automation
• Snowflake: experience with cloud data warehousing
• Dataiku: familiarity with the platform is a strong differentiator

This position will be hired on a Success Flex basis. The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of the following location:

Work schedule:

2 days in office, 3 days remote. This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. It is our intention to fill this role in Columbus, Ohio or Scottsdale, Arizona. However, on occasion, applications from internal candidates working remotely who bring critical industry skills and relevant experience may be considered.

As a Sr, Business Information Analyst you will partner with internal partners to identify data and information needs, and the use of information to help them with business decisions. We'll count on you to analyze information needs, create and maintains ad hoc and ongoing reports. We'll count on you to maintain internal databases for related functional information. We will also rely on you to perform statistical and other data analysis, and interpret analysis results.
