** This position is onsite five days a week

This is an opportunity in the sales group to manage titanium supply for significant contracts. Communicate with customers, sub-contractors, account managers, Q.A., inventory/production planners, and mill operations. Strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and strong math skills are required.

• Manage customer demand:
• Convert customer supplied forecast into a usable Excel format (pivot tables, graphs).
• Analyze data, identify and scrutinize significant variances
• Rectify variance concerns with customer & applicable TIMET team members.
• Convert forecasted demand into SAP scheduling contracts.
• Review SAP inventory & replenishment scenarios to assure support of customer demand
• Problem solve & expedite mill replenishment to address potential shortfalls
• Act as primary liaison between customer & TIMET team members... i.e. Sales, Q.A. Inventory & Production Planning
• Scrutinize & reconcile customers supplier scorecard
• Coordination / order management for participating sub-contractors
• Expedient processing of customer purchase orders / releases
• Expedite critical customer orders & mill replenishment
• Initiate customer offers for deviated material
• Understanding of how the customer's quality requirements relate to TIMET's capabilities.
• Face to face customer contact to ensure details of contract are fulfilled.

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred. Having equivalent years of experience will be considered.
• Prior experience in supply chain management, preferably in a metals manufacturing environment.
• Experience with administration and/or management of contracts which incorporates forecasting and performance metric analysis.
• Experience in managing projects that address schedule, resource planning, identification & problem resolution while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Relocation is authorized for this position.
