Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to support a small, established construction company in a laid-back, friendly, and supportive environment. The role focuses on general bookkeeping, including job costing and project billing, with opportunities for paid time off and additional bonus incentives. The pay rate is $25.00 per hour with an average 20 to 25 hours per week. Days and times to be worked can be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain the general ledger and financial records.
• Process payroll, and related agency payments, accurately and on schedule.
• Manage invoices and track expenses.
• Administer Quick Books and maintain organized records.
• Perform general bookkeeping activities.
• Handle job costing and project billing for construction activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Quick Books.
