Ein moderner Träger von Kindertagesstätten in Deutschland sucht ab März 2026 einen Gruppenleiter (Erzieher / Heilpädagoge / Sozialpädagoge) für eine neue traumapädagogisch-therapeutische Intensivwohngruppe. Die Stelle beinhaltet die Leitung und Organisation eines multiprofessionellen Teams, die Unterstützung bei der Erziehungsplanung und die Gestaltung von Alltagsaktivitäten. Bewerber sollten über einen einschlägigen Abschluss und Erfahrung in der Jugendhilfe verfügen sowie motiviert sein, eine intensive Beziehungsarbeit mit herausfordernden Kindern zu leisten.
