Die Rolle umfasst die Verantwortung für die pädagogische Leitung, die Entwicklung von Konzepten sowie die Sicherstellung der Bildungs- und Betreuungsaufträge. Bewerber sollten eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin oder ein Studium in Sozialpädagogik vorweisen können.
