Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students. The position starts on a rotating nine days on, three days off, with potential transition to a single home placement.
You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, transport to activities, and participate in devotions and chapel. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are provided.
