Milton Hershey School seeks a full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside on-campus in Hershey, PA. You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students within a home setting, upholding a family-like environment and structured routines. This is a two-person role requiring a married couple with at least two years together.
Both spouses must be 27+, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
