Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, and help foster academic, emotional, and social development.
The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
