We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and manage ground-up construction, paving, and retail projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including ground-up builds, paving, and retail developments.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Manage subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing performance.Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, with a focus on ground-up construction, paving, and retail projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Experience with Procore.Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.Perks:Competitive Salary.Health Benefits.401k with match.Travel Per Day Reimbursements.Premium Lodging.Collaborative work environment and positive culture.Advancement Opportunities.Year-end Bonus.For more information, please contact me at .
