RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop, implement, and continuously improve site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards
- Perform routine and detailed jobsite safety inspections to identify hazards, verify compliance, and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations; conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures
- Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and formal training programs for field personnel, supervisors, and management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including inspection reports, incident logs, training records, and compliance metrics
- Ensure proper availability, condition, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems on-site
- Monitor regulatory updates and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance across all job sites
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure workforce preparedness
- Partner with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and leadership to resolve safety concerns and reinforce safe work practices
- Promote a proactive, accountable safety culture through coaching, communication, and field engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and safety best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of construction safety experience, preferably in mechanical or industrial construction environments
- Proven ability to conduct inspections, investigations, and root cause analysis

Salary: $65K-$85K (DOE)
