As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Position Responsibilities:

- Lead construction projects from conception to completion

- Estimate new projects and change orders

- Take initiative and work independently

- Follow policies and procedures

- Adapt to changing demands and meet deadlines

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred

- 10+ years of experience in construction or mechanical engineering projects

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software

- Ability to travel 50% of the time
