• Site Travel:
  Extensive travel across various German sites to oversee and manage data centre construction projects.
• Client Representation:
  Act as the primary liaison between the client and on-site teams, ensuring the project aligns with client expectations and objectives.
• Boots-to-Ground Site Work:
  Hands-on involvement in on-site activities, addressing challenges, and ensuring project milestones are met effectively.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and ensuring everyone works towards project success.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
  Demonstrated ability to ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards throughout project execution.

• Experience:
  
  5 to 10 years of proven experience in project/construction management within the data centre industry.
• Market Knowledge:
  In-depth understanding of the German data centre market, including regulations and legislations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are a plus.
