• Completed degree or training in civil engineering, construction, metal construction, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager or in a comparable position
• Solid knowledge in construction execution, construction technology, and building regulations
• Experience in planning, organizing, and monitoring construction projects of all sizes
• Proficient use of relevant software tools and computer programs
• Strong cost awareness and experience in budget control
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership competencies
• Solutions-oriented mindset and an eye for details
• Thorough knowledge of a set of German construction contract procedures
• Willingness to travel for remote installations
