Full service established Construction Company specializing in insurance restoration, barrier free and REO work is in search of a Construction Estimator.
Job DutiesWrite scopes and estimate of repairs for not only insurance losses, but REO foreclosures and potentially ADA & Barrier Free jobs. Pay range commiserate with experience, and industry/revenue stream. Industry experience is mandatory.

- Kitchen/Bath Estimating a plus
- Insurance Restoration Estimating/Xactimate Knowledge a plus
- Prefer an individual with an existing sub contractor base
- Must have construction knowledge
- Must possess time management skills
- Must be able to write and comprehend budgets
- Must be able to understand and establish job costing, and obtain prices
- Familiar with insurance guidelines and qualifications
- Possess strong computer skills
- Must be able to handle a fair volume of work in a timely manner
- Flexible schedule nights and weekend may be required
- Must be very proficient Word, Excel & Outlook
- College degree preferred but not required
