Paver, Roller, Skidsteer Operator

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our asphalt and sitework crew. Operators will safely and efficiently run paving and construction equipment including asphalt pavers, rollers, and skid steers on roadway, parking lot, and commercial construction projects.

$25-$35 per hour based on experience, certifications, and equipment proficiency.

• Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, and related heavy equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Assist paving crew with grading, asphalt placement, and site preparation
• Maintain proper compaction and finish quality
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor direction
• Work safely around traffic, utilities, and other crew members
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Previous heavy equipment experience required
• Experience in asphalt paving preferred
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to climb on/off heavy equipment repeatedly
