Project Scheduler
Position located onsite at the construction project site in the Cincinnati, OH area supporting the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project. Collects and analyzes information used to plan and schedule construction projects, specifically the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project, a major infrastructure initiative spanning the Ohio/Kentucky border on the I-71/75 corridor.
Responsibilities- Create baseline schedules for newly awarded contract scopes and maintain the working schedule.
- Ensure project schedule updates and reports conform to contract specifications and are prepared for formal submittal to the Owner.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive schedule narrative with each formal update.
- Prepare all project progress reports, integrating subcontractor look‑ahead schedules into the master schedule, revising logic sequence as required.
- Review contractor project schedules for accuracy and logic, analyze critical path updates, schedule progress vs field activity, and evaluate schedule options, communicating schedule status to the Project Manager, client, consultants, and others.
- Report schedule status to all stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis; facilitate monthly schedule reviews with the Owner.
- Assist the Project Team in maintaining, updating, and monitoring the CPM schedule; maintain project schedule(s) and alert the team to potential problem areas.
- Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA). Generate reports such as progress charts, work intensity curves, labor‑production work rate tables, time impact analyses, equipment delivery schedules, resource‑cost loaded schedules, daily construction activity report schedules.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (preferred or experience in lieu of degree).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience developing project schedules and performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis.
- Ability to work in concert with project team, subcontractors, engineers, and customer.
