Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Light Industrial Superintendent

• Lead all daily field operations and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain schedule alignment
• Conduct daily site walks, quality control checks, and progress documentation
• Run on-site meetings with project owners, inspectors, and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite that reflects company standards
• Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
• Review drawings, identify conflicts, and coordinate solutions
• Track material deliveries and ensure accurate installation
• Enforce company safety programs and conduct toolbox talks
• Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications - Light Industrial Superintendent

• 5+ years of field experience in commercial or light industrial construction
• Proven success managing subcontractors and daily jobsite operations
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
• Excellent communication skills with owners, architects, and field teams
• Ability to maintain professionalism and accountability on fast-paced sites
• OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)
