The Project Engineer role is an early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the Rudolph Libbe Group. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates.

We are seeking candidates to be based out of each of our office locations, as well as candidates that are willing to travel to out-of-town jobs for the duration of the job.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist project managers and estimators with the following:

-Strict adherence to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and procedures

-Project planning and implementation of activities

-Procurement of labor, materials, and equipment

-Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes

-Meeting minutes development and updates

-Subcontractor coordination

-Estimating

-Contracts administration

-Cost control

-Sales/customer satisfaction

-Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents

SKILLS

-Ability to travel out-of-state for the duration of projects, preferred.

-Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners

-Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential

-Ability to adapt to unique job requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

-A bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred

-Experience in the construction industry, preferred
