Traveling Retail Superintendent (Ground‑up Experience)

Job  – Full‑time Traveling Construction Superintendent with Ground‑up Experience. We are looking for an organized superintendent to support Walmart projects in the Midwest. This salaried position includes travel requirements and requires a high level of communication and detailed reporting. Previous Walmart or big‑box renovation experience is a plus.

  Day Shift, Night Shift

• Extensive technical and practical knowledge, and experience as a superintendent.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage, schedule, and coordinate 5–20 subcontractors on general construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, methods, and construction management.
• Ability to write and speak to report on progress and outcome of technical assignments and present recommendations.
• Ability to monitor construction projects to successful and timely completion.
• Excellent scheduling, problem‑resolution, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of follow‑through on tasks to completion.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office;
  Holobuilder and Wrike are plus.
• Ability to use mobile apps on job sites for reporting and communication.
• Strong analytical skills; very detail‑oriented, organized, and able to supervise the work of others.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Travel required.
