We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to lead field crews, ensure quality installations, and deliver top-tier service to our clients. What You'll Do:

* Supervise commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

* Manage field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.

* Coordinate materials, equipment, and scheduling to keep projects on track.

* Conduct daily job site inspections and enforce safety protocols (OSHA compliance).

* Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to project managers and leadership.

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.

* Troubleshoot field issues and make quick, informed decisions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built-Up, etc.).

* 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction or roofing.

* Strong understanding of roofing systems, construction safety, and job site logistics.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and safety regulations.

* Valid driver's license (CDL a plus).

* OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
