Construction Service Manager

Location: Lewis Center

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Job site visits, measuring and inspecting commercial and residential roofs

• Develop estimates for design build, TFO, preventative maintenance agreements, and repairs of all roof types

• Ability to diagnose roof leaks and deficiencies on all types of roof systems

• Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers

• Generate new business

• Project Management from inception to completion and timely follow-up

• Project a professional company image both in person and on phone

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry

• Bachelor's degree preferred but will accept construction experience in lieu of

• Previous experience with Single Ply Membrane, Built-Up Roof Systems, Shingle Roof Systems and Metal Roof Systems is required

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills; both internal and external

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
