Project Management

• Assist project managers and estimators with project planning and implementation of activities.
• Support procurement of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain document control, including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs, and associated tracking processes.
• Develop and update meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors.
• Assist with estimating.
• Administer contracts.
• Control costs.
• Promote sales/customer satisfaction.
• Travel to job sites as required by PM and/or superintendents.
• Adhere strictly to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and procedures.

• Ability to travel out‑of‑state for the duration of projects, preferred.
• Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners.
• Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to adapt to unique job requirements.

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
