Job Responsibilities- Assist project managers and estimators with project planning and implementation of activities.
- Support procurement of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain document control, including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs, and associated tracking processes.
- Develop and update meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors.
- Assist with estimating.
- Administer contracts.
- Control costs.
- Promote sales/customer satisfaction.
- Travel to job sites as required by PM and/or superintendents.
- Adhere strictly to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to travel out‑of‑state for the duration of projects, preferred.
- Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners.
- Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to adapt to unique job requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
