Heavy Equipment Operator - CDL Class A or B

• Be a Master of the Machine: Safely and efficiently haul and operate a variety of heavy equipment used in asphalt paving and site construction projects.
• Deliver Quality Work: Support asphalt paving operations from start to finish while maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with crew members, project managers, contractors, clients, and the public to keep projects running smoothly and professionally.
• Solve Problems in the Field: Adapt to changing job‑site conditions, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

• 2 years minimum experience operating excavator or dozer, CDL Class A or B endorsement.
• Topcon GPS experience is a plus.
• A team player with great communication skills, committed, and a positive attitude.
• Someone who’s not afraid of hard work, long days, and loud noises.
• Willingness to labor and operate.

• Competitive Pay: An hourly rate of $25.00‑$35.00.
