We are looking for an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on our project in Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision of onsite trade work with a focus on safety.
- Coordination of subcontractor work, project schedule, and material delivery and installation.
- Ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners.
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.
- Outstanding communication and time management skills.
- Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods of time, climb up and down ladders and scaffolds, and work outdoors and on uneven surface.
- Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.
- Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate and use standard business software and systems.
