📍 Location: Johnstown, OH

📋 Type: 1099 Contractor

💰 Pay Rate: $55.50/hr (Local) | $49/hr (Non-Local)

⏱️ Overtime: 1.4x Base Rate After 40 Hours

🏨 Per Diem: $130/Day Worked

🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month

💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly

⏰ Schedule: 40+ Hours Per Week | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Join a team supporting electrical and mechanical construction activities on a large-scale data center project in Johnstown, OH. This role offers the opportunity to provide field safety oversight for mission-critical construction operations involving electrical installations, mechanical systems, equipment setting, material handling, and daily contractor activities.

✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification

✔ 2+ years of construction safety experience

✔ Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification

✔ Ability to maintain individual Worker's Compensation coverage

⭐ Electrical construction experience

⭐ Mechanical construction experience

⭐ Data center construction experience

⭐ Experience conducting field audits, inspections, and safety observations

⭐ Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and energized work controls

• Conduct daily safety observations and field audits
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
• Support electrical and mechanical construction operations
• Assist with hazard recognition and risk mitigation efforts
• Participate in site inspections and safety walks
• Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Review work areas for compliance with project safety standards
• Partner with field supervision and craft personnel to promote safe work practices
• Maintain safety documentation and field reports
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project
