Required Qualificationsβ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
β 2+ years of construction safety experience
β Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
β Ability to maintain individual Worker's Compensation coverage
Preferred Qualificationsβ Electrical construction experience
β Mechanical construction experience
β Data center construction experience
β Experience conducting field audits, inspections, and safety observations
β Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and energized work controls
What You'll Be Doing- Conduct daily safety observations and field audits
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Support electrical and mechanical construction operations
- Assist with hazard recognition and risk mitigation efforts
- Participate in site inspections and safety walks
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Review work areas for compliance with project safety standards
- Partner with field supervision and craft personnel to promote safe work practices
- Maintain safety documentation and field reports
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project
