Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Construction General Labor to performing general labor duties such as cleanup, trash removal, and assisting moving equipment and materials.

This is a Second Chance company and a felon-friendly employer. Applicants with prior convictions are encouraged to apply and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Sweeping and job site cleanup

Collecting, hauling, and disposing of trash and debris

Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

Assisting with basic labor tasks as assigned

Follow all company and job site rules and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Transportation Provided: !!!!

Requirements:

Comfortable working around construction equipment and active job sites

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform light to moderate physical labor

Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
