We specialize in residential, commercial, and civil concrete and excavation work throughout the Miami Valley area. We are growing and looking for an experienced concrete finisher to grow with us.

We are hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our crew in Casstown, Ohio. This is a full time position working alongside a skilled crew under the direction of a foreman. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, pays attention to detail, and is ready to show up and produce quality work every day.

• Finish concrete flatwork on residential, commercial, and civil projects
• Set forms and prepare grade prior to concrete placement
• Pour, spread, and level concrete to meet project specifications
• Use hand and power tools to finish concrete surfaces to required grades and finishes
• Work collaboratively with crew members under foreman direction
• Maintain a clean and safe work site at all times

• Prior concrete finishing experience is required
• Strong knowledge of flatwork techniques and concrete placement
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or civil concrete projects is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid drivers license preferred

• $23.00 — $35.00 per hour based on experience
• 401k with company match
• Local work only — home every night
• Regular and consistent working hours Monday through Friday
