Compensation & SchedulePay Rate: $52.50/hr
Per Diem: None
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Approximately 50 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday | Day Shift
Weekend Work May Be Required Based on Project Demands

Required Qualifications- OSHA 30 and/or OSHA 510 Certification
- 3+ years of construction safety experience
- Manufacturing facility construction or shutdown experience
- Mechanical construction experience
- Demolition project experience
- Experience supporting crane and rigging operations
- CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
- Oversee daily safety activities throughout all phases of the shutdown and expansion project
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor demolition, equipment installation, electrical conduit, and mechanical construction activities
- Support crane operations, rigging activities, and material handling operations
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Partner with field supervision and subcontractors to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
- Promote a positive safety culture across all project activities
