• Commercial construction estimating experience on projects up to $10M - Ground Up and Renovation
• Experience estimating retail, healthcare, restaurant, banking, or similar commercial projects
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Procore experience is a plus

This role is perfect for someone who already has strong relationships throughout the Cleveland commercial construction market. If you bring an existing network and a proven track record of winning work, this company is prepared to compensate accordingly.

• Base Salary up to $140K-$150K (depending on experience and business development relationships)
