Hilton Pharma Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading pharmaceutical companies, is seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our team as Project / Building Maintenance Supervisor in Karachi. • Supervise construction and building maintenance activities in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, and safety requirements.
• Ensure execution of civil works in compliance with EHS standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material utilization, and overall quality control activities.
• Review and verify measurement sheets, contractor invoices, and other project‑related documentation.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of pharmaceutical facility infrastructure, including doors, windows, walls, roofs, ceilings, and flooring.
• Prepare and review construction and maintenance drawings using AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, 3D AutoCAD, and 3D Max will be considered an added advantage.

• Education & Experience:
  
  D.A.E. (Civil) with 12–18 years of relevant supervision experience, OR
  
  B.Tech (Civil) with 5–8 years of relevant supervision experience.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and building maintenance, preferably within pharmaceutical or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of civil works, construction practices, preventive maintenance, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant computer applications/software.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and capable of effectively managing on‑site operations and multiple priorities.
